    Our customer support team handles AOG support, spares support, field-service, repairs and overhaul requirements. We have partnered with Repair and Overhaul facilities strategically located worldwide for spare and technical support. These facilities are manned with highly skilled FAA approved repair and overhaul resources ready to service your needs.
  • Tech Support

    The EAST technical support team is responsible for field service, warranty service, product changeovers, and upgrades. These resources are made available worldwide when some situations cannot be resolved through remote communications and are usually offered free of charge for routine customer support.
    EAST also offers training to customer personnel for equipment installation, maintenance, and repair at our California facility or on site at customer locations.
  • Spare Parts

    Spare logistics support, Initial spares provisioning, and all related information is provided by our spare support department. In addition, EAST also offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week AOG coverage to handle emergencies.
